Well, in most of the testimonials I have read about this product, the users have lost inches at first and not pounds so I am very surprised with my results. As I said before, nothing has been off limits this week and I had only made it to the gym one time for a pilates class. My weight as of now is 128 pounds. That is 3 pounds in one week. Now, is the real test though because this is the weight I got down to calorie counting, but I could not lose anymore. My measurements are as follows:Waist 26 1/2
Hips 32
Thigh 21
Not too much of an improvement, but there is an improvement. I am pretty impressed, so this week I am going to see what happens when I actually buckle down and pay attention to what I eat and work out as I normally do. YAY!

ReplyDeleteI wish I had your measurements! (HA!) I've been tryng to do Weight Watchers, but failing badly. I also admire you & wish I had the discipline to do the things you do.
